my new bookmarks will only go into recently bookmarked and then when full previous bookmarks delete. How do I get my bookmarks to go into list. I have mozill 3.5.1 recently added
when I add a new bookmark it only lists in recently bookmarked and then will drop off when limit is reached. I have mozilla 3.5.1 this started happening after I accidently upgraded. I would like my bookmarks to go into the regular list. I am using xp pro.

That "Recently Bookmarked" list isn't a storage folder, your bookmarks are "saved" somewhere else.
There 5 ways to save a new Bookmark in Firefox, all except #4a & #5 should offer to save the new bookmark in a specific folder:
1. {Ctrl + D}
2. Right-click and select Bookmark this Page.
3. Bookmarks > Bookmark this Page
4. Double-click the Star that is on the right side of the Location bar.
4a. (A single-click on the Star will save the new Bookmark to the Unsorted Bookmarks folder.)
5. Drag the website image in the URL bar into the Sidebar view of Bookmarks {Ctrl + B} or to the Bookmarks menu bar item and then into the drop-down or onto the Bookmarks Toolbar
