My Mac has 10.4 OS X, I need most current version of Firefox that is compatible. HELP!

I have had Firefox 2.0 installed on my Mac Book 10.4 Tiger for a long time. Now I have to do an online course that requires Firefox 3.0 or newer. I cannot download 3.6 because it's not compatible. I get an error message. How do I find an older version than 3.6 to install?

Firefox 3.6 should work fine on an Intel Mac with OSX 10.4.

Thanks so much. I see that the compatibility is not the problem. I uninstalled Firefox 2.0 and the did the installation of 3.6 and it worked! Yay! Thank you for your help.

I am using 3.6.15 firefox on an old eMac 10.4 pre-intel. What is the most current firefox release I can use on my current computer?

Just before receiving this info I found (somehow) the place to download 3.6.28 and i Have downloaded it. Took an hour to find it.
