When I type in any web address and hit enter, nothing happens; I have to use the google search bar on the right. I want to be able to type in and then copy web addresses, help!
This somehow happened and now I cannot figure out how to restore settings. When I type a web address up top in the normal bar, nothing happens. I can only get to sites through the google search bar. Which works, but then I cannot copy the link after navingating the site and finding what I want.

This is usually caused by a malfunctioning add-on. Try the procedure in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article.
You posted with an old Firefox 3.0.6 version from 2009011913.
Any reason why you haven't updated to a Firefox 3.5.x or 3.6.x version?
