thinking of purchasing the samsung galaxy tab but need confirmation on its availability on this tablet

Firefox 4 beta 2 runs on the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but we haven't fully optimized it for this device yet. (The user interface was designed with smaller screens in mind.) We'll make sure that the stable release of Firefox 4 runs on the Tab, and in future versions we'll work on a tablet-optimized interface.
Go to answer 22I see that this thread is already old. Firefox 9 is now available in Galaxy Tab and as I have experienced, performance is quite frustrating. Most of the time, it causes my tablet to crash and I have to force shutdown.
