Orbit may not have updated their download manager to work with Firefox 4 beta, you will need to contact them about this.
A workaround is to use the FlashGot add-on, it is compatible with the the latest Firefox beta and can be used to integrate third-party download managers with Firefox. The FlashGot homepage shows it supports Orbit.

Install Oneclick Youtube Downloader as a Firefox plugin. Open Firefox Tools. Check Getit on the Oneclick Youtubeh Downloader and catch any fish in the Youtube ocean with it.
I simply closed Firefox and did the following.
- Activate Orbit
- Open Preferences
- Monitoring
- untic/tic Firefox
- Opened the browser and everything was functioning again.

Best thing to do is to go to filehippo.com and download Firefox 5 (Not 5.0.1) and Orbit v4.1.2 (No noticeable enhancements after this version, and they are all filled with ads.) The GetIt button should now work.
