I removed the toolbars and cannot get them back. I use Windows 7 OS

I cannot get my toolbars back and I don't have the option to choose "view". I clicked on each one to remove them to do a print screen and thought I should be able to restore them when done, but I'm not finding anything that will let me do that.

This happened

Not sure how often

If you press the Alt key, the menu bar will temporarily re-appear, you can then access the view menu to make the changes.
