Firefox Pages that use the Flash plugin crash on Mac

Some versions of Flash on Mac OS X will cause Firefox to crash on pages using the Flash plugin. Adobe has released an updated version of Flash that should fix this.
- Go to Adobe's Flash download page and follow the instructions to download the latest update of Flash Player.
- Run the DMG file to mount the disk image.
- In the Finder, select the Flash Player disk image, and run Adobe Flash Player.pkg, to run the installer.
- Restart Firefox.
