Firefox Moving your Firefox bookmarks and settings

- To copy all of your Firefox personal information such as bookmarks, history, passwords, and settings to another Firefox installation (e.g. when you get a new computer), you need to make a backup of your Firefox profile, then restore it in your new location. - If you just want to copy your Firefox bookmarks, you need to create a bookmark backup file, then restore it in the new Firefox installation. For instructions, see Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer.
