More than half of the websites are broken when viewed in Firefox now E.g. theguardian, youtube. It takes way too long to load and most of the time it's only part of the page. The same websites work on Chrome and Edge without any issue.

And then I try to upload screenshots (.JPG) to this form and it doesn't work?

I'm wondering why FF doesn't have something built into the browser that will resize text when you zoom in. Right now, if I zoom in on text, it DOES get larger, but then it also goes outside the edges of the browser so that I have to constantly scroll left and right to read the article I did come across an add on, but come on. This is something basic that should be build into the browser:

My PC froze and had no choice but to reload win 10. After doing so I had the choice to download win 11 for free which I did. When I download Firefox all of my bookmarks were missing. I have tried to follow your instructions to retrieve them i.e. Troubleshooting... Application Basics ... Profile Folder...Open Folder... which opened >>> C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\42o9xo83.default-release . Sadly, I am not a Teckie and I do not have a clue what the next move is to get my bookmarks back.

Hello!

   For the past many months (possibly a year), the mobile to  desk top view setting never stays ON as default. If I leave my email page (while in desk top view), go to another tab & come back even 2 mins later, my email's right back to the mobile view again!
   I've even tried to switch the setting (in the menu) back to mobile view to reset it, but it just won't reset. The desk top view icon stays turned on & won't turn off, however, the site stays in mobile view.
   The only way I can reset this & turn the desk top view back on, is to close out my email & reopen it, then tap the setting back on again (& just don't leave the tab)!
   I have searched "high n low, everywhere" for help on this issue for a long time, however, not even on the FF site, can I find ANY article what so ever about this setting! And yes I "have" cleaned out cache, uninstalled, reinstalled etc...
   I do believe I have sent in a few support requests in the past (don't recall where or how lol), but never get a reply. I also remember being directed to the "submit a bug report" page but, haha, yeah, I have no idea how to do that, it all looks very foreign to me lol! 
   Is there any way for this to be fixed in an update, or even on my end? Are any others having this issue...?

   I would greatly & sincerely appreciate any help if possible?!

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

I am getting "Secure Connection Failed", Ive seen literally hundereds of same error also exist here. Like most of default solution (which is below) did not work for me. My laptops time is correct, And I highly doubt reddit and most of internet has issue with its security certificates. And other browser works just fine. So What is my solution other than immigrating to new browser?

Since moving from Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (Focal Fossa) to 22.04.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) 2 days ago the appearance of my Email (from the Inbox) has changed. Not in a nice way. On the web I found ways to re-install Thunderbird (using the Thunderbird "Help" option) but that does not work anymore. Thanks, Teun.

The new inbox format is similar to Apple inbox. I used Thunderbird because, in my opinion, the inbox layout was much better than Apple mail inbox which is one of the primary reason I use Thunder bird. Is there a way to go back to the previous inbox version?

I am trying to get a older version 56.0 32 bit to use autofill on a site that has been working but now blocked it. The site is NICS site to do a background check it will load and on the second page after about three min. a message pops up and states something like not allowed is there a way i can change setting to get the old version to allow this ? I also use the same setup to do a military lending act check and it has also been blocked in the past few weeks. The new version will work but i can't use autofill i don't care what version i use i just need the autofill.

when I sign into Goog/setting/2 step, the page does not show "app passwords." I've turned off my ad-blocker extensions and pop-up blocker on the page. See attached.

When using amazon the login and page load times are excessively long. More often than not I can open MSN, load amazon, login, and find what I'm looking for before Firefox has completed signing me in or searching for an item. This is not a once in a while problem, it happens every time with amazon, some times worse than other times. Ive deleted and reloaded Firefox, cleared all history and tried as many other things that I could find online to try, none of which helped.

When I try to switch profiles, I get the following error: An unexpected error has prevented your changes from being saved. I have been messing around with this on and off for a couple of months. I uninstalled Thunderbird and re-installed with no luck. This error is not allowing me to switch to a profile that I have had for over 20 years and I have lost all my Local Folders, quite disturbing. I found a similar thread here, but no solution. Thanks, Paul

I can't remember when this problem started, but the volume dips down for maybe 1-2 seconds shortly after the start of anything with sound, like YouTube videos and MP3s embedded in a website. On the same phone with Chrome, the problem does not happen.

I have a Blackview Tab16 (10" screen), which I bought last year; it was running Firefox quite happily until a couple of months ago. Now when I click on the icon, I get a sort of 'welcome' screen (with some message about a search widget?) for a fraction of a second, then FF closes and I get an error message saying 'Sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed.' The version of FF is 126.0. I was told to try clearing the cache, but there is nothing there to clear! The tablet is running Android 12 / DoKe OS V3.0.

I have an 8" Blackview tablet which - despite needing to be plugged in to run all the time! - opens & runs Firefox perfectly happily. It's my main browser on my MacBook as well, and will run on my iPhone.
